Unbiased Content about Digital Marketing (or slightly biased)
Hey!
You need 2 things to achieve greatness in Digital Marketing: People and Process. I actually don’t care about the 3rd P: Product.
Getting People ready
You need to train your Key resources and make sure you invest in all new way to publish content to the internet. Stop judging whether TikTok is OK for your Product. If it has an audience, it is ready.
Your People needs proper equipment: a fast computer, a good smartphone and a small tablet. Ideally, the tablet should be an Apple if the smartphone is an Android. It will help your team to use all available apps, whatever where they’re available.
Implement the Process
Every Process should be documented and widely used. Like a manufacturing Routing, all actions overtaken by your Marketing team should be fully documented, trained and measured.
If you’re not happy with the result of your Marketer, don’t judge her/him; judge the process. If the content does not match your expectation, it is mainly because you suck at documenting things and giving the right guidelines.

Before building and publishing content, there should be a simple Brand/Site guideline document that will list the main tone of your voice. On top of that, all processes should be structured and documented.
